Therefore I was really depressed lately and couldn&amp;#8217;t find any motivation to keep blogging. But I managed it to stay healthy and even reached some of my weightloss goals! I also have a new boyfriend and everything seems to go well now! :) I hope 2013 will be a better year for me and of course for all of my lovely followers who are still with me! I will update this blog soon and keep it active again! :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I want to share some progress photos with you, sorry for the bad quality:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#8217;t believe how much my body has changed in less than 3 months! I am so happy with myself now and I want to share this feeling with you guys. :) You can do this, too! It wasn&amp;#8217;t hard or painful at all, I just changed some little things in my life and BAM almost instant progress. I did this by counting calories and trying to eat clean. I reduced chocolate and stuff to a minimum, but I still treated myself with sweets whenever I had some calories left. :) I even went to McDonalds sometimes! xD Doing Workouts is important though. I used to go to the sportsclasses my university offers like 3 times a week. I&amp;#8217;ve lost 8kg so far and it really didn&amp;#8217;t feel like hard work.
